What we collect:
The two forms on the Contact page collect:

• Last name
• First name
• Email address
• Message

For a project, also:

• Company or brand name
• Estimated budget
• Brief, if you attach one

For an application:

• Position you are looking for
• CV or portfolio, if you attach one

Why:
Solely to respond to your request: to review your project or application, and to get back to you. Your data is never used for marketing, and is neither sold nor shared.

Who has access:
The Trapèze team. Your messages reach us by email, sent through Brevo. The forms are protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile.

How long:
Your messages and contact details are kept for 3 years after they are sent for a project, 2 years for an application, and then deleted. Attachments (brief, CV, portfolio) are deleted from the website 90 days after they are sent.

Your rights:
You may access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its processing or request that it be restricted, by writing to contact@trapeze-conseil.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

This website sets no advertising cookies.

Audience measurement:
If you agree, we use Google Analytics to see which pages are visited most and improve the website. Nothing is recorded without your consent, and you can browse normally if you decline. You can change your mind at any time using the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of the page.

How the website works:
Two cookies remember the language you chose and your answer about audience measurement. As they are essential to the website, they do not require your consent.
